At Jenny Shoo Bootique, we want you to love your new footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition.
Package Your Items
Place the shoes back in their original designer box and secure them inside a protective mailing bag or box to ensure they arrive back to our Waterford boutique safely.
Complete the Return Form
Fill out the returns slip included in your original delivery, clearly marking whether you would like a full refund or an exchange for a different size or style.
Ship to Waterford
Send your package via a tracked courier service to our store address in Waterford; please keep your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.
Receive Your Refund
